INSPIRE 2 QUIT BLADES

i2QB speaks to young people in a direct, non-judgemental way, aiming to positively change their mindset in relation to carrying and using knives, driving change to reduce the upsurge in knife and violent crime and empower young people.

We have to tackle the complex issues behind knife crime, EMPOWER our young people to make the right choice for their life. The safe choice. Allow them to see they can be so much more. We need them to KNOW THE TRUE DANGER and risk in carrying a knife.

NATALIE QUEIROZ MBE (For Services To Young People and Prevention of Knife Crime) is a qualified specialist (OCN Level 3) in working with gangs and youth violence. Based on her LIVED experience as the victim of a horrific multiple stabbing, Natalie is able to really drive home to young people the reality of knife crime. Using her skills as a motivational speaker and experienced trainer and qualified coach – Natalie truly connects with young people. They not only walk with her through her journey, including the reasons how she so miraculously survived but also learn the serious life threatening and long-lasting injuries, including the impact of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Natalie empowers young people to make the right choices, understand how their own traumas may affect them and how they can overcome their own personal obstacles to live their best life.

1,000s of YOUNG PEOPLE have already been reached in:

  • Schools (primary and secondary)
  • Colleges and universities
